PM Workshop No. 1

Is product management only meant for product-oriented companies?

We will break the myth that product management techniques are only applicable to product-oriented companies. Through an interesting example, we will show how to use product and service design methods, facilitator tools for working with large groups, and agile techniques for quick production and validation of ideas.

The workshop will show how we can quickly (but really quickly) come up with something that seemed like a napkin idea, develop several prototypes and validate the chosen solution before investing big money.
