PMbasics (basics of project management) is an educational project by IPMA Young Crew Croatia. The project is conceived as a series of articles which aim to provide basic knowledge in the field of project management, as the title says :). Alone theory actually does not help much and that's why articles are structured in a way that short theoretical introduction is followed by a practical example. An example is elaborated in such a way that the theoretical aspect of the PM field is highlighted in the real project. Intention is to show how to apply aforementioned theoretical knowledge in practice.
This series of articles is defined as a project because similar to every project it has a beginning and an end, and through this process there must be a change of state. You dear readers are ultimate consumers of this project and project is over when you get some benefit of it. With new readers and new information PMbasics will evolve and adapt to market demands.

Enjoy reading. 🙂
