The aim of the workshop is to annually bring together young and ambitious people whose area of interest is related to project management.

This event aims to present to the future young project managers the ability to acquire new skills, introduce them with the trends in the world of project management, enable to gain new experiences and exchange them, and also provide an opportunity for networking with other like-minded people.

This year Young Crew Croatia brings its participants leading professional and experienced project managers from all over Croatia and the world virtually, which results in the growing interest of applicants and also confirms the quality of the workshop.

Anyone between 21 and 35 years of age, who is interested in project management, wants to meet new people, extend their professional network and gain new experience and knowledge on project management.

The workshop is a traditional annual meeting of young Croatian and foreign project managers who see it as an opportunity to acquire new knowledge, practical experiences and know-how. From year to year, the number of participants is increasing, as an indicator of the recognizability of this workshop as quality, instructive and happy to visit.

With attending this workshop you’ll get an introduction to the basics of Scrum. You’ll learn about principles, phases, roles and interactions of Scrum and see how to master them in project management software JIRA.

Projectland 101 – all you need to know about traditional project management

This workshop will teach you everything you need to know how to go ahead and
successfully manage every phase of your project, from the idea to the end result,
working in small teams, lots of uncertainty and an experienced Game Master that will
track and support you throughout the game. And of course, if you like educational

Mariya Ilieva, although she got her Bachelor’s in Political Science and International Organisations and Master’s in Social Economics, found her interest in project management. Her rich experience includes organizing, planning and leading IT projects and business consulting as a Senior project Manager of IT and MDS projects at Paradine. Her skills are classical PM methodes, agile PM methods, MS Project, JIRA & Navision. Mariya holds a certificate in SCRUM: SFCR – SCRUM Study, APMG: Agile Project Management & IPMA: Project Manager Level C. You can find more about Mariya here.

Rebeka Vlahov-Golomejić

Rebek D. Vlahov’s teaching activities include lectures and seminars at the Faculty of Economics and Business and Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology at University of Zagreb and the Lomonosov Moscow State University Business School as a Visiting 

Lecturer. She has participated in numerous scientific and professional projects. She has launched and leads the Project Management Awards and is one of the founders of Young Crew Croatia. Today she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Croatian Association for Project Management in charge of ‘Awards’ and Young Crew Croatia, deputy delegate at IPMA COD and a member of Young Crew Management Board in charge of communication and Coaches&Mentors Program.

 

 

Tena Obradović is a PhD student at The Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. During her studies she was working for Red Bull as a marketing team member and also she was part of the core organizing team for many other projects. Since 2016 Tena is an active member of IPMA YC Croatia, and since 2018 she has been a president of the organization. Tena obtains IPMA Level D certificate and she is a member of the board at PMXperince.

Magdalena Novak obtains MBA degree from The Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. She is working as a supervisor, project management is her passion and escape from numbers and strict rules.

Since 2016 Magdalena is an active member of IPMA YC Croatia, and since 2018 she has been a vice president of the organization. She was involved in the organization of many events and projects. Magdalena obtains IPMA Level D certificate and she is a member of the board at PMXperince.
